Shopping list: 350 gms dates 200 gms brown sugar 100 gms garlic 100 ml thick cream 32-36 medium prawns 5 eggs 2 fresh red chillies 1 packet soya nuggets 1 bottle green chilli sauce 1 bottle soy sauce 1 packet cornstarch 1 bottle tomato ketchup 1 bottle red chilli sauce 1 bottle honey 1 bunch spring onion greens For faster preparation: Soak and prepare soya nuggets. Fry and set aside. Clean and devein shrimps. Cook dates, prepare toffee sauce. How to go about it: Assemble pudding and pop it into the oven to bake. Prepare the Soya Golamatol and rice.
