Shopping list

1 packet Lasagna Sheets
1 bunch fenugreek leaves
2 bunches fresh spinach leaves
200 grams processed cheese
100 grams mozzarella cheese
1 packet fresh basil leaves
1 small packet dried pomegranate seeds
750 grams chicken on the bone
1 small bottle mustard oil

For faster preparation

Assemble the ingredients for the spinach lasagna. Prepare the dough for the missi rotis. For the sarson saag chicken prepare the curry and blanch the spinach.

How to go about it

Put the lasagna in the oven to bake. Roll out rotis and cook on a tawa with butter. Puree the blanched spinach and add to the chicken curry and cook till the chicken is well done. Garnish and serve.
