Menu: Quick Chicken Tikka on bed of rice, with delicious Cookie Ice cream as dessert.
400 gms boneless chicken breasts
300 ml orange juice
2 packets dark choco-cream cookies
2 medium green capsicums
1 small bottle extra virgin olive oil
1 litre vanilla ice cream
1 bottle strawberry jam
For faster preparation:
Prepare red chilli paste. Marinate chicken, place in glass bowl, cover with clingfilm and refrigerate. Prepare ice cream with the crushed biscuits and allow to freeze till it is time to serve.
How to go about it:
Skewer the chicken tikka and prepare as directed. Prepare the strawberry sauce and keep warm till needed.
