Tofu itself is very soft but being a derivative of the good protein source – soybean – it is rich in protein too. Your recipes will be judged keeping in mind the following:

  • Originality.
  • Simplicity.
  • Innovativeness.

Your recipes will be judged keeping in mind the following:

  • You can send more than one recipe for the contest.
  • The entries should be clearly written – List of ingredients with specific quantities to be used. Step-wise method of preparation and cooking.
  • The recipe should be for 4 portions.
  • A panel of judges headed by Master Chef Sanjeev Kapoor will select the winner. Their decision would be final and not open to debate by the contestant. Every winner will receive an autographed copy of Sanjeev Kapoor’s recipe book.
  • The details of winner and the recipe will be announced in the first week of next month by email.
  • The winning recipe will be visible on www.sanjeevkapoor.com, and the right to display the recipe with sender’s name remains reserved.
