CAULIFLOWER KOSHIMBIR

Preparation Time : 15-20 mins
Servings : 4
INGREDIENTS
Cauliflower, grated
1 medium
Green chilli, chopped
1
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon
Coconut, scraped
1 tablespoon
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons
Salt
Sugar
1/2 teaspoon
FOR TEMPERING
Oil
2 tablespoons
Mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon
Asafoetida
a pinch
METHOD
Steam grated cauliflower. Cool it. Mix all the ingredients. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. When they splutter, add asafoetida and add this tempering to the cauliflower mixture. Mix and serve.
