SPROUTED MOONG CHAAT
Extremely nutritious chaat, it scores high on the taste too
Preparation Time : 15-20 minutes
Servings : 4
INGREDIENTS
Sprouted moong
400 grams
Onion , chopped
1 medium
Green capsicum, seeded and chopped
1 medium
Tomato, chopped
1 medium
Green chillies, chopped
2
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons
Chaat masala
2 teaspoons
Salt
to taste
METHOD
Mix sprouted green grams, onion, capsicum, tomato and green chillies. Refrigerate for half an hour. Make a dressing by mixing lemon juice, chaat masala and salt. Mix dressing with sprouted moong and vegetables at the time of serving.
