CORN AND CHEESE DOSA
Potato bhaji combined with cheese and corn makes this dosa irresistible.
Preparation Time : 15 minutes
Cooking Time : 10 minutes
Servings : 4
INGREDIENTS
Dosa Batter
2 cups
Oil
4 tablespoons
Potato bhaji
1 cup
Mozzarella cheese, grated
as required
Onions, sliced
2 medium
American corn kernels, boiled
1/2 cup
METHOD
Heat a dosa tawa, season with oil and wipe with a wet cloth. Pour ladleful of batter on the tawa and spread in circular motion to make a dosa. Drizzle oil all around and cook for a minute. Put potato bhaji on one side of the dosa. Top it with mozzarella cheese, onion and corn. Fold the other side over and press lightly. Serve hot.
