By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Tomatoes Cuisine Parsi Course Main Course Egg Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Akoori 6 Eggs to taste Tomatoes 1/4 cup Milk 1 1/2 tablespoons Oil 1 1/2 tablespoons Ghee 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 inch piece Ginger chopped 2 medium Onions chopped 2 Green chillies chopped 1 large Tomato chopped 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Break eggs into a bowl. And salt and whisk. Add milk and whisk. Heat oil and ghee in a kadai. Add cumin seeds, ginger, onions and sauté. Add green chillies and continue to sauté till onions are lightly browned. Add tomato and mix. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and continue to sauté. Add eggs and cook, stirring continuously, till the eggs get cooked. Take care that they do not become too dry. Add coriander leaves and mix. Serve hot with bread.
