Bharwan Capsicum By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Green capsicums, Brinjal Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course-Veg Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Select Taste Level of Cooking Medium Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Bharwan Capsicum 2 medium Green capsicums 1 Big Brinjal 1 medium Onion 1/2 cup Green peas 1 small Carrot 4-5 French beans 4 Garlic cloves finely chopped 2 Green chillies 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon Ghee to taste Salt 2 teaspoons Oil Method Cut the heads of the capsicums and remove the seeds to make them hollow. Roast brinjal on direct flame till charred and mash lightly with fork. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin and onion and sauté till lightly browned. Add garlic, green chillies, French beans, carrot , green peas and salt. Add mashed brinjal. Add ghee. Mix well. Keep aside. Stuff capsicum with the prepared vegetable mixture. Heat remaining oil in another non-stick pan, add stuffed capsicum. Cover and cook till soft.
