By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Nov 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Ladyfingers (bhindi) , Potato Cuisine Punjabi Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Bhindi in Hara Masala 250 grams Ladyfingers (bhindi) 1 medium Potato peeled and cut into thick slices 1 bunch coriander leaves 1/2 bunch Fresh mint leaves 3-4 Fresh mint leaves 2 medium Tomato cut 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon Pomegranate seeds (anardana) roasted 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon Coriander powder to taste Salt Method Discard both the ends of the ladyfingers. Blend together coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, tomatoes, cumin seeds, anardana, hing, turmeric powder, coriander powder and blend it to a fine paste by adding water if required. Take this mixture in a non-stick pan and cook on a medium heat for two to three minutes. Add the bhindi and potatoes and mix well. Add salt and cook for four to five minutes.
