Drain and grind brown with 2-3 tbsps water and grind coarsely. Add the ground rice to the milk and cook, stirring, till thick. Add green cardamom powder and mix well. Remove from heat and add walnuts. Mix well. Add jaggery and mix well. Pour into individual kasoras (earthenware bowls), garnish with some chopped walnuts and place in the refrigerator to set.
