By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Aug 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cauliflower, Green Capsicum Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Cauliflower Capsicum Bhaji 1 medium Cauliflower cut into florets 2 medium Green Capsicum cut into strips 2 tablespoons Oil 2 medium Onions chopped 2 medium Tomatoes chopped 2 tablespoons Pav bhaji masala 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/4 teaspoon Dry mango powder (amchur) to taste Salt Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onions and saute till light brown. Add tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes get cooked. Add cauliflower and capsicum and saute for a minute. Add pav bhaji masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and amchur powder and saute till the vegetables get cooked.
