Green cardamom powder
Grind the corn kernels without adding water.
Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add corn and saute till it becomes golden brown in color.
Add milk and sugar and keep stirring continuously on low heat till the mixture leaves the side of the pan.
Add saffron, green cardamom powder, almonds and pistachios and mix well. Serve hot.
