This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cucumber, Whole Green Gram Cuisine Indian Course Salads Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Cucumber and Moong Salad 3 medium Cucumber peeled 2 cups Whole Green Gram blanched 1 tablespoon Oil 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped ¼ teaspoon Red chilli powder ¼ teaspoon Black pepper powder ½ teaspoon Chaat masala ½ tsp + fo Cumin powder roasted to taste Salt Juice of 1 lemon For serving A few iceberg lettuce leaves Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till golden. Add sprouted moong, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and salt. Switch off the heat and mix well. Transfer into a bowl. Grate cucumbers into the bowl. Add lemon juice and mix well. Place iceberg lettuce leaves in a serving plate and transfer the salad over them. Sprinkle some roasted cumin powder and serve.
