This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cottage cheese, Coriander seeds Cuisine Punjabi Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Dhaniya Paneer Kabab 500 grams Cottage cheese cut into 1 inch cubes 1 tablespoons Coriander seeds 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 inch Ginger 3-4 cloves Garlic 1 cup Fresh coriander leaves roughly chopped 2 Green chillies to taste Salt 1 Lemon 2 tablespoons Hung yogurt 5 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil a few Cherry tomatoes few Onion rings few Lemon slices few Red capsicum thin strips Method Grind together coriander seeds, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, fresh coriander leaves, green chillies with a little water to a fine paste. Transfer into a bowl, add salt, juice of 1 lemon and mix well. Add hung yogurt and mix well. Add 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil and mix well. Add cottage cheese cubes and mix well and set aside to marinate for 15 minutes. Heat the remaining extra virgin olive oil in a non stick pan. String cottage cheese cubes and cherry tomatoes alternatively on skewers and place them in the pan. Cook, rotating the skewers from time to time, till the cottage cheese gets cooked evenly all around. Serve hot garnished with onion rings, lemon slice and thin strips of red capsicum.
