Ingredients

  • Kidney beans Soaked overnight and boiled with salt
    1/2 cup
  • Soya bean Soaked and boiled with salt
    1/2 cup
  • Whole green grams (sabut moong) Soaked and boiled with salt
    1/2 cup
  • French beans Cut into ½ inch pieces and blanched
    100 grams
  • Ginger
    3 inch piece
  • Red chilli sauce
    1 teaspoon
  • Mixed fruit jam
    1 teaspoon
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Vinegar
    1 teaspoon
  • Lettuce leaves
    a few

Method

Step 1


Place kidney beans, soya beans, moong beans and French beans in a bowl and mix well.

Step 2


Roughly chop ginger, grind with a little water, pass through a muslin cloth and squeeze out the juice.

Step 3


Add 1 tsp of ginger juice to the beans and mix well. Add red chilli sauce, mixed fruit jam, salt, vinegar and mix well.

Step 4


Tear a few lettuce leaves and add. Mix well and transfer into a serving bowl. Serve immediately.
