Ingredients list for Ginger Fudge

  • 200 grams Ginger Biscuits
  • 50 grams Walnuts toasted
  • 50 grams Almonds toasted
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 50 ml Fresh cream
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 200 grams Dark chocolate cut into small cubes

Method

  1. Crush walnuts and almonds coarsely and transfer into a bowl.
  2. Break biscuits and add to the crusher. Crush finely and transfer in the same bowl. Mix well.
  3. Melt butter in a non-stick pan. Add cream and honey and mix well. Add chocolate and mix till the chocolate melts.
  4. Add chocolate mixture to the biscuit mixture and mix well.
  5. Place a cling wrap in an aluminium tray, spread the fudge mixture on it and level it out. Refrigerate till set.
  6. Cut into small pieces and serve.
