Break biscuits and add to the crusher. Crush finely and transfer in the same bowl. Mix well. Melt butter in a non-stick pan. Add cream and honey and mix well. Add chocolate and mix till the chocolate melts. Add chocolate mixture to the biscuit mixture and mix well. Place a cling wrap in an aluminium tray, spread the fudge mixture on it and level it out. Refrigerate till set. Cut into small pieces and serve.
