Ingredients list for Ground nuts chutney

  • 1 cup Groundnuts roasted
  • 2 teaspoons Dried mango powder (amchur)
  • 4 Dried red chillies
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida
  • 2 teaspoons Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • Curry leaves 1 sprig
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder

Method

  1. Take groundnuts, salt, dried mango powder, some of the dried red chillies and water as required in a grinding jar and grind to a smooth paste.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, remaining dried red chillies and curry leaves. Add red chilli powder and ground mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Serve as required
