Tiger prawns sauteed with garlic, ginger and green chillies and seasoned with vinegar and soy sauce.

Preparation Time : 16-20 minutes
Cooking time : 11-15 minutes
Servings : 4
Heat oil in a non stick pan add garlic, ginger and saute for a minute. Add green chillies, prawns, salt and saute fot a minute.
Add vinegar and soya sauce and let it cook for two minutes.
Serve hot garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
