This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 21 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Kiwi, Bean sprouts Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Kiwi Bean Sprout Muesli 3 Kiwi 1 cup Bean sprouts 2 cups Oats 4 tablespoons Powdered sugar 2 cups Yogurt 1 tablespoons Almonds 1 tablespoons Raisins a pinch Green cardamom powder 2 tablespoons Honey 2 tablespoons Rooh Afza for drizzling Method Keep bean sprouts and oats in 2 separate bowls. Add 4 ladles of hot water to the oats and 2½ ladles of hot water to the bean sprouts and set aside. Peel the kiwis, cut into small cubes and blend into a coarse purée. Cook powdered sugar and the kiwi puree in a non stick pan till the mixture thickens. Add yogurt, almonds, raisins, cardamom powder and honey to the oats and mix well. For serving, place a ladleful of oats in each plate. Drain and spread a little bean sprouts on the oats and pour 2-3 tbsps kiwi mixture over it. Garnish with a few raisins, almonds and drizzle rooh afza. Serve chilled.
