Add curry leaves, turmeric powder, coconut milk, rice and salt and mix well. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Transfer this into a bowl. Add scraped coconut, lemon juice and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Slice lemon. Place some of the lemon slices at one end of each banana leaf piece, place a portion of rice over it and roll. Heat remaining oil in another non-stick pan, place the rolls on it and cook till the underside is browned, flip and cook on the other side too. Arrange the rice rolls on a serving plate and serve immediately.
