Ingredients list for Mojito

  • 2 medium Orange
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 8-10 Fresh mint leaves
  • as required Ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup Orange juice

Method

  1. Peel oranges and separate the segments. Cut lemon into small pieces and discard seeds.Place some orange segments into individual tall glasses.
  2. Add brown sugar, lemon pieces and mint leaves. Muddle ingredients with a muddler. Add lots of ice cubes and orange juice. Mix with a spoon. Insert a straw and serve chilled.
