By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Aug 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mushrooms, Mustard seeds Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Mushroom Mustard Curry 200 grams Mushrooms fried 1 tablespoon Mustard seeds 4 cloves Garlic 1 Green chilli 2 tablespoons Oil 3 medium Potatoes cut into cubes and fried 1 medium Tomato chopped to taste Salt Method In a blender blend mustard seeds, garlic cloves and green chiilli with very little water to form a fine paste. Heat oil in a wok. Add the above paste and saute for two minutes. Add the fried potatoes and saute well. Add tomatoes and salt. Cover and cook for five minutes. Add the fried mushrooms and toss well.
