Set aside to cool. Halve 1 lemon, and quarter each half, remove seeds and put all the pieces in a glass jar. Add 1 tsp castor sugar and black salt. Roughly tear 10-12 mint leaves and add. Crush roasted cumin seeds in a mortar with a pestle. Add roasted cumin powder and muddle everything together with a muddler. Add ½ tbsp lemon juice and 3 tsps orange squash and continue to muddle. Take a few ice cubes in a stemmed glass and pour the prepared juice over them. Top with ½ cup soda and mix well. Garnish with orange slice and serve chilled.
