  • Eggs
    3
  • Onions quartered
    2 medium bunch
  • Ginger
    1/2 inch
  • Garlic
    3-4 cloves
  • Tomato
    1 medium
  • Oil
    1 tablespoon
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Red chilli powder
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder
    1/4 teaspoon

Method

Step 1


Blend together onion, ginger, garlic and tomatoes to a fine paste. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.

Step 2


Add the paste, salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and cook for a minute. Break the eggs, cover and cook on low heat for four minutes.

Step 3


Serve hot with roti or naan.
