Preheat oven to 200° C.
Apply a little olive oil to the dough, divide it into 2 large balls. Roll in a little dry flour and pat into 4-inch pizza base.
Halve and slice onions horizontally. Halve red capsicum, remove pith and slice into medium thin slices. Halve cherry tomatoes.
Grate cottage cheese into a bowl, add pesto sauce and mix.
For each pizza, sprinkle a little dry flour on a pizza base and pat it some more. Grease a non-stick pan, put the pizza base in it and pat lightly.
Spread the cottage cheese-pesto mixture over it.
Mix onion and red capsicum and crush lightly and spread over the cottage cheese-pesto mixture. Sprinkle halved cherry tomatoes. Break small pieces of mozzarella cheese and place on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle black olives.
Keep the pan in the preheated oven and bake till the base is cooked and the cheese melted.
Cut into wedges and serve hot.
