Deep-fry the bananas fingers till golden and drain on absorbent paper. Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and green chillies and sauté till fragrant. Add raw peanuts and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add fried bananas, raisins, coconut, coriander leaves, salt, sugar and lemon juice and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
