Cooked rice tossed with green capsicum, carrot, corn and red capsicum

Heat oil in a non stick pan.
Add corn, green capsicum, red capsicum, carrot, green peas and sauté for four to five minutes.
Add rice, salt and toss well. Cook for four to five minutes.
Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
