Add all the prepared fruits and vegetables and marinate for at least one hour. Preheat the barbecue.Thread the pineapple, onion, capsicum, tomato, mushroom, apple, spring onion, yellow pepper, pear and onion on skewers. Arrange the skewers on the barbecue and cook till well roasted. In between baste with butter. Serve hot.
