Ingredients list for Sprouts Ki Chatni

  • 50 grams Green Gram Sprouts
  • 50 grams Black Gram Sprouts
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 4 teaspoons Tamarind pulp
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • a pinch Asafoetida

Method

  1. Blend together both the sprouts. Add chillies, tamarind pulp and salt and two tablespoons water. Blend to a smooth paste. Remove in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in non stick pan, add mustard seeds and asafetida. Allow it to splutter.
  3. Add the mustard seeds to the paste and mix well. Serve with parantha.
