Ingredients list for Stir Fried Chinese Exotic

  • 20 grams Carrot sliced
  • 30 grams Broccoli florets
  • 30 grams Pok choi
  • 30 Cabbage Chinese
  • 10 grams Mushrooms Shitake
  • 10 grams Garlic peeled and chopped
  • 10 grams Refined oil
  • 10 grams Ginger
  • 5 grams Light soy sauce
  • 15 grams Dark soy sauce
  • 10 grams Celery diced
  • to taste Seasoning
  • to taste Cornflour/ corn starch slurry

Method

  1. Heat oil in a wok, add ginger, garlic, green chilles and veggies and stir fry.
  2. Add stock, salt, seasoning, and adjust the consistency with cornflour. Finish with wine.
  3. Serve hot and garnish with fried garlic.
