By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cooked Rice, Tomatoes Cuisine Fusion Course Rice Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Tomato Rice with Herb and Cheese 3 cups Cooked Rice 3 medium Tomatoes finely chopped 2 tablespoons Fresh mixed herbs (rosemary, oregano, basil, thyme) for garnishing Grated processed cheese 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons Butter 2 tablespoons Minced garlic 1 medium Onion finely chopped 1 teaspoon Paprika powder to taste Salt for garnishing Fresh parsley Chopped, 1 tablespoon + Method Advertisment Heat butter in a non-stick wok, add garlic and onion and sauté till onion turns translucent. Add tomatoes and stir on high heat for a minute. Add paprika powder and salt and mix well. Add rice and mix well. Add mixed herbs and parsley, mix well and cook on low heat for a minute. Add cheese, cover and cook on low heat for a minute. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot garnished with a little parsley and cheese.
