Chop celery roughly and put into a bowl. Chop pineapple slices into chunks and put into the same bowl.
Halve the apples, remove core and cut into chunks and add to the same bowl. Add walnut kernels and mayonnaise and mix well.
Tear a few iceberg lettuce leaves and add. Add salt and crushed black peppercorns and mix well again. Transfer into a serving plate and serve garnished with a few walnut kernels.
