Why do I need to register?
You have many advantages of becoming our registered member:

How do I register?
On the top horizontal panel of the home page, next to the log in windows click on ‘Register’. Fill in the form that will open up and submit.

Can I delete my profile from the list of registered users?
Yes you can delete or edit your profile anytime you want. That option is a part of the site in My Account section.

What if I forget my password?
On the top horizontal panel of the home page, after ‘Register’ click on ‘Forgot Password’. A window will open up. Fill in the information asked for and submit. Your password will be emailed to you.

Is shopping safe on this website?
It’s absolutely safe. We have tied up with one of the best payment gateways providers of the world called Worldpay. All your transactions are absolutely secure and they don’t share that information even with us.

What is a shopping cart?
Shopping cart is from where you can shop online. You can select the product/products you want to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection you can view all that you have selected and if there is anything you do not want you can delete that item and proceed with your transaction.

How do I shop at www.sanjeevkapoor.com?
After your have registered yourself log in with your log in id and password. Click on ‘Shop’ which is on the panel below the log in window. Select the category of book/books you want to purchase. Further select the book/books you want and add it to your shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection click on ‘Go to cart’. Here you will get the total amount for the purchases you have made. Now click ‘Make Payment’. Fill in the form with all the details asked for and make the payment.

How much time will it take for my purchased goods to reach me?
From one to six weeks depending in which corner of the world you are and the logistics of our courier/postal people. For people paying by cheque/dd this period starts after the realization of cheque/dd.

How are the purchased goods sent?
Currently we are sending through Indian Postal Service which has a proven track record with reliability.

Can I change the shipping address to send my order as gift?
Yes you can. After you clicked on ‘make payment’ you will find a form towards the end of which is ‘Delivery Detail’ wherein you can give the shipping address.

Are the goods sent in countries other than India?
Yes you can order from anywhere in the world.

What if the purchased goods are received in damaged condition?
Just write to us on enquiry@sanjeevkapoor.com. We will immediately contact you and if need be, will replace the goods without questions asked.

How do I cancel my order?
You can easily cancel an order that has not entered the shipping process. Once you have selected the items you want to purchase and added them to your shopping cart, click on ‘Go to cart’ you will find an option to ‘delete’ an item. Canceling an order that has already been shipped to you will be considered as return of shipment wherein the cost of the books will be refunded but not the shipment charges.

What are the payment options available?
Credit card: You can pay by Visa or MasterCard. Cheque & Demand Draft: You can send a cheque or Demand Draft in favour of Indiancookery.com Pvt Ltd and post it to C/18. How do I choose my payment option?
Once you confirm your order you will have to fill up a form where you will have to mention your payment option in the ‘Mode of payment’.

Can I pay in currencies other than Indian Rupee?
Yes you can. Select the option of preferred currency and you will get the total amount required to pay in that currency.

What are the shipping charges?
The shipping charges by Registered post for Domestic transactions are: Rs.21 per 100 grams. And shipping charges by airmail for International transactions are: Rs.43 per 100 grams.

What if I am not at home when the parcel is delivered?
If you are not at home when the Postman comes to deliver the parcel he will leave a note for you to collect the parcel from your nearest post office. If you do not collect the parcel within time period stated in the note the parcel will be returned to our office. If we have to post the parcel to you again fresh shipment charges will have to be paid by you. But if you do not want the parcel to be sent to you then we ill refund the cost of the books minus the shipment charges.

What’s the refund policy of the website www.sanjeevkapoor.com?
In case you are not satisfied with the goods purchased from the site within a fortnight of its dispatch from our side, you can contact us on enquiry@sanjeevkapoor.com and we will see to it that you get the complete refund against the goods returned. Please note that the refund does not include the shipping charges.
