Boneless mutton,cut into 1 inch pieces

Caraway seeds (shahi jeera)
Dried red chillies,broken

Green chillies,finely chopped
Red chilli powder
Garam masala powder
Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add cinnamon, caraway seeds, dried red chillies and onions and saute. Drain and roughly chop figs.
When onions soften, add ginger and mutton and mix well. Add green chillies, coriander powder, red chilli powder and mix well. Continue to saute.
Add 1 cup water and mix. Add cashewnut powder and mix well. Add figs, salt, garam masala powder and mix well.Add yogurt and mix.
Cover the cooker with the lid and cook under pressure till 2-3 whistles are given out. Reduce heat and cook for ½ hour. Once done you can add cream if you so wish. Serve hot.
