  • Boondi
    1/2 cup
  • Thick sev
    1/2 cup
  • Oil
    2 tablespoons
  • Asafoetida
  • Mustard seeds
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Curry leaves
    12-15
  • Red chilli powder
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Onions chopped
    1/4
  • Yogurt
    1/4 cup
  • Green chilli chopped
    1
  • Turmeric powder
    1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt
    to taste

Method

Step 1


Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves.

Step 2


When the seeds splutter add red chilli powder and onions and saute for 1 minute.

Step 3


Add yogurt and mix. Add boondi and sev and mix.

Step 4


Add green chilli, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.

Step 5


Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
