This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 28 Jul 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boondi, Spring onion greens Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Boondi aur Spring Onion ki Sabzi 2 cups Boondi 6 Spring onion greens 1 tablespoon Oil 1 teaspoons Cumin seeds 2-3 Green chillies finely chopped 130 grams Bhuna masala 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon Dried mango powder (amchur) a pinch Black salt a pinch Chaat masala 1 medium Tomato 1/2 small Raw mango peeled 1/4 cup Chanachor garam to taste Salt Juice of ½ lemon for garnishing Ganthia and finely chopped onion Method Advertisment Heat oil in a non-stick kadai, add cumin seeds, green chillies and sauté till fragrant. Add bhuna masala, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, dried mango powder, black salt, chaat masala and sauté for a minute. Add 1 cup water and bring it to a boil. Roughly chop spring onion greens and tomato. Finely chop the raw mango. Add all 3 to the kadai and mix well. Add boondi, chanachor garam and mix. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Transfer into a serving bowl and add lemon juice. Garnish with gathia and onion and serve hot.
