A different, nutritious cabbage soup.

Black pepper powder
Green capsicum diced
Heat a deep non stick pan.
Add onions and roast for a minute. Add cabbage and salt and stir. Add four cups of water, cover and cook for two to three minutes.
Add tomatoes and pepper powder and stir. Continue to cook for further two to three minutes. Add the capsicums, cover and cook for seven to eight minutes. Add lemon juice and mix. Take the pan off the heat.
Serve piping hot.
