By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Black Bengal Gram, Pani Puri Puris Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Chana Puri Chaat 4 tablespoons Black Bengal Gram soaked overnight boiled 20 Pani Puri Puris 2 medium Potatoes boiled and peeled cut into 1 inch thick slices 1 tablespoon Ginger-green chilli paste 1 tablespoon Tamarind paste 1 teaspoon Rock salt (sendha namak) to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala 1 teaspoon Lemon juice 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons Sweet date and tamarind chutney Method In a big bowl, add black chana, potato, ginger-green chilli paste, tamarind paste, rock salt, salt, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, lemon juice and mix well. Crush the puris and add to the above mixture and toss well. Garnish with coriander leaves and tamarind chutney and serve immediately.
