Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken cut into 1 inch pieces
    500 grams
  • Oil
    2 tablespoon
  • Onion roughly chopped
    3 medium
  • Cinnamon
    1 inch piece
  • Green cardamoms
    4
  • Ginger paste
    1 teaspoon
  • Onion paste
    1 teaspoon
  • Green chillies split and lightly fried
    3-4
  • Tomato sauce
    1/2 cup
  • Salt
    to taste

Method

Step 1


Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add onions, cinnamon, green cardamom, ginger paste and onion paste. Sauté for six to eight minutes. Add chicken, sauté for four to five minutes.

Step 2


Add green chillies, tomato sauce, salt and sauté till chicken is completely cooked.

Step 3


Serve hot with bread or parantha.
