Mixed fruit jam
Cook Jasmine rice in coconut milk in a deep non-stick pan till soft and thick Heat a non-stick pan, add mixed fruit jam and let it melt.
Add ¼ cup water and mix. Add juice of ½ lemon and mix.
Add sugar to the rice and stir till it dissolves.
Switch off the heat. Add cream and mix.
Take 4 shot glasses, put 2 tbsps of the jam sauce in each glass.
Top it with the coconut rice mixture and serve hot or cold as per your choice.
