Sprinkle some salt, some clove powder, some cumin powder, some crushed peppercorns and 2 tbsps lemon juice. Sprinkle some more crushed peppercorns, cumin powder and clove powder. Coarsely grind half the pineapple with green chillies, coriander leaves, garlic, 1 tbsp lemon juice and salt. Heat oil on a non stick grill pan and place the chicken breasts on it masala side facing downwards. Sprinkle the remaining masalas on the other s Cook till the underside is done and grill marks appear. Turn them over and cook the other side similarly. Transfer the ground pineapple into a bowl. Add the remaining pineapple and spring onion greens and mix. Transfer salsa into a serving plate. Place the chicken breasts over the salsa and serve immediately.
