Grind mustard seeds with a little water and salt. Rest it for two hours. Take hung yogurt in a bowl, add mustard paste, roasted cumin seed powder, roasted onion seed powder, ginger paste, asafoetida and mix well. Add mustard oil and mix again. Serve preferably after twelve hours.
