Boil 4 cups water in a deep non stick pan, dip the tea bags in it. Add sugar and discard the tea bags. Mix well and put the decoction in a bowl to cool.
Squeeze the juice of 2 lemons and add and mix well. Core and chop a green apple. Keep aside 4 pieces for decoration and put the rest into 4 stemmed glasses. Add ice cubes.
Pour the tea decoction equally into all the glasses. Pour green apple juice over it.Rub a little lemon juice over the reserved apple pieces, make a slit on one side and slid them onto the rims of the glasses.
If you wish to you can also garnish with fresh mint leaves.Serve chilled.
