By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Feb 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken Breast, Green capsicum Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Jungli Chicken 1 Boneless chicken Breast boiled and cut into cubes 1 medium Green capsicum 1/4 small Cabbage grated 1 small Onion chopped 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 2 Green chillies chopped to taste Salt 1/4 teaspoon White pepper powder 1/2 cup Cheese grated 4 tablespoons Butter 8 slices Bread 1/2 bunch Lettuce leaves shredded Method Mix chicken and all the vegetables (except lettuce) with mayonnaise, green chillies and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper powder. Mix in grated cheese. Butter the bread slices. Divide the mixture into four equal portions. Place half of the shredded lettuce on four of the buttered bread slices, spread chicken and vegetable mixture evenly on the bread. Place the remaining lettuce and cover with the remaining buttered slices. Slightly press the sandwich. Trim the edges, using a sharp knife and cut diagonally before serving.
