A simple dish of cabbage cooked in olive oil with a tempering of mustard seeds and green chilleis.

Heat olive oil in a non stick pan. Add mustard seeds. Once they crackle, add green chillies, sauté for half minute.
Add cabbage cover and cook for ten minutes. Allow to come to room temperature. Add salt and mix. Serve.
