Ingredients list for Kacha Pakka

  • 1/2 medium Cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 3 Green chillies, finely chopped
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a non stick pan. Add mustard seeds. Once they crackle, add green chillies, sauté for half minute.
  2. Add cabbage cover and cook for ten minutes. Allow to come to room temperature. Add salt and mix. Serve.
