Ingredients

  • Kiwi peeled
    2 medium
  • Yogurt whisked
    3 cups
  • Sugar
    2-3 tablespoons
  • Vanilla ice cream
    1 scoop
  • Ice cubes crushed
    as required

Method

Step 1


Cut thin slices of half a kiwi and cube the rest. Combine kiwi cubes, yogurt and sugar in a blender and blend at high speed till smooth.

Step 2


Add vanilla ice cream and ice and blend again for a minute. Pour lassi into tall glasses and serve garnished with kiwi slices.
