  • Roasted cumin powder
    2 teaspoon
  • Black salt (kala namak)
    2 teaspoon
  • Sugar
    8 tablespoons
  • Crushed ice
    4 cups
  • Pomegranate pearls
    4 tablespoons

Method

Step 1


Blend kokum syrup, roasted cumin powder, black salt, sugar and crushed ice in a blender until slushy. Pour into stemmed glasses and serve decorated with a sprinkling of pomegranate kernels.
