By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Jun 2014 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Advertisment Main Ingredients Semolina, Fresh coconut Cuisine Indian Course Breads Prep Time 1.30-2 hour Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Nariyal Puri 2 cups Semolina to deep fr Fresh coconut to taste Salt 1 cup Coconut, scraped 3-4 Green chilli, chopped 4 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves, chopped 1/2 cup Gram flour (besan) for dusting Whole wheat flour (atta) Method Take semolina in a bowl. Add two tablespoons of oil, salt and enough water and knead into a dough. Cover with a damp cloth and rest for two hours. Take coconut in a bowl. Add green chillies, coriander leaves, gram flour and salt and mix well. Make small puris of the dough. Place a portion of coconut stuffing in the centre and close in the edges and shape into a ball. Roll in atta and roll out into puris. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry till light golden and crisp.
