By Sanjeev Kapoor 25 Mar 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Potatoes, Green Chutney Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 41-50 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Potato Chutney Rolls 4 large Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed 1 cup Green Chutney 4 tablespoons Gram flour (besan) 1/4 tablespoon Rice flour 1/4 teaspoon White pepper powder to taste Salt 1/2 cup Bread crumbs for deep-frying Oil Method In a bowl, combine together potatoes, gram flour, rice flour, white pepper powder and salt. Mix well. Divide mixture into equal portions. Roll out each portion into a rectangle and spread green chutney on it. Roll the rectangles into cylinders and cut into even sized pieces. Coat the potato roll in breadcrumbs and set aside. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the rolls till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
